Sabrina Charles

Sabrina M. Charles is the Vice President of Affiliate Services & Strategic Partnerships at the National Urban League, where she provides oversight and strategic guidance to 93 affiliates across 36 states and manages the League’s 6,000 + member volunteer auxiliaries.
With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, governance, and affiliate sustainability, she has held multiple roles within the League and other organizations. Throughout her tenure, she has led initiatives to strengthen affiliate performance, restore compliance, and expand the League’s national footprint through new affiliate development and sustainability efforts.
A champion of service and civic engagement, Sabrina was elected to the New York City Community Education Council for Queens, District 29, where she advised on education policy and district planning. Sabrina is a FINRA Arbitrator and an alumna of the Boston College Nonprofit Leadership and Duke University Emerging Leaders programs. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Hunter College and an M.S. in Health Services Management from The New School.
