Demand Diversity Equal opportunity is not negotiable.Diversity, equity, and inclusion programs are under a systematic federal assault dismantled through executive orders, legal threats, and corporate rollbacks. The National Urban League leads the Demand Diversity Roundtable, a coalition of more than 35 civil and human rights organizations representing over 100 million Americans, pushing back through advocacy, litigation, congressional engagement, and civic mobilization.
