Rebecca Tibbetts

Rebecca Tibbetts is a dedicated and accomplished educational leader with a successful track record in organizational leadership and student empowerment. As the Athletic Director/Assistant Principal at Millennium High School, she spearheaded comprehensive DEI initiatives, led an Advisory program to champion Social and Emotional Learning as well as academic and athletic success. Her role as Assistant Principal/Technology Director at Christ The King Regional High School showcased her ability to develop and execute technology integration plans, resulting in improved student engagement and academic performance. Rebecca's experience as the Women’s College Basketball Recruiting Coordinator at St. John's University highlighted her mentorship skills, academic achievements of student-athletes, and successful recruitment efforts. As a former Professional Basketball Player for the Phoenix Mercury in the Women’s National basketball Association and the Opfikon Basket in Zurich, Switzerland, she led teams to championships and demonstrated commitment, communication, and leadership. Rebecca holds a Master of Science in Educational Administration from St. John’s University, a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art/Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin, and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate. Active in leadership activities such as the PTA Executive Board, Lighthouse Collaborative Panelist, and Girls Scouts of America, & Inside/Outside Basketball Training. Rebecca brings a wealth of experience and passion to the Director of Education and Youth Development position.
