By National Urban League

In a devastating blow, the Supreme Court has ruled to end affirmative action in college admissions.
In a decision written by Chief Justice Roberts, the Court has found that Harvard and UNC’s admissions programs violate the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. Link to the opinion is here: https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/22pdf/20-1199_hgdj.pdf We are preparing an analysis which will be shared with you shortly.
The Urban League Movement is responding and mobilizing online to stand united against efforts to erode diversity on college campuses.
