BALTIMORE (Sept. 11, 2023) - The PepsiCo Foundation, National Urban League, and Greater Baltimore Urban League (Baltimore, MD) are pleased to announce the first Culinary Tasting Event in honor of the Black Restaurant Accelerator Program. The one-night event will showcase grantees of the program and highlight success stories emerging from this impactful partnership.

Urban League of Philadelphia Receives $100k from Penn Community Bank

PHILADELPHIA (Sept. 11, 2023) – The Urban League of Philadelphia (Philadelphia, PA) wants to help you buy a home.

The Urban League just received a sizable $100k donation from Penn Community Bank, which will go to the Urban League’s program to help with financial literacy and first-time homebuyers.

According to the Urban League, this donation will help 35 more people buy their first home, 75 more counseling sessions intended to help those attain future home ownership, and financial literacy education for another 250 people.
