Certified Career Advisor™ and field Trainer with Kuder, Inc.
Felicia Allen is a Certified Career Advisor™ and field Trainer with Kuder, Inc. She regularly travels to conduct training sessions at secondary schools, community colleges to provide onsite support and professional development. Felicia also leads virtual training sessions for school counselors, career coaches, classroom advisors and adult education professionals throughout the U.S.
Prior to joining Kuder in 2021, Felicia worked in Human Resources specializing in Employee Relations and Onboarding. She has worked with several non-profit organizations to provide career and college guidance to students and helps identify gaps in learning and skill development by designing courses for local high students.
Felicia holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mobile and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education at University of West Alabama.
