Since COVID-19, it has pivoted from her relationship practice to focusing more on cognitive outcomes (Social isolation, loneliness, abrupt changes to daily habits, and unemployment or financial insecurity, which have all been characterized as risk factors for major depressive and post-traumatic stress disorders with potentially long-lasting effects on brain physiology and function).

It provides plant-based alternatives to toxic personal care. During the pandemic, the company pivoted and used its raw cotton materials to produce and distribute over 10,000 face masks.

Their mission is to reduce unemployment and underemployment of women by offering career coaching aimed at helping them earn jobs, get promoted, and train for careers in new industries.  The Career Connector Pro employment and coaching services directly helps clients impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic where many have faced job loss and financial insecurity. The focus will be on education and outreach specifically helping women transition into new careers.
