Civil Rights activists Janet Murguía and Marc Morial join forces in the fight for equality, voting rights, and immigration reform in the trailer for Max documentary Gumbo Coalition.

“We have to meet the moment, we have to fight back,” Murguía says in the teaser released this week.

Morial is now president of the National Urban League. Murguía serves as president of Latino advocacy organization, UnidosUS, previously called the National Council of La Raza.
