The Women of Power Awards is the National Urban League’s virtual celebration of the leaders, influencers, and achievers – extraordinary women of color – who made the most significant impact on our lives in 2020. It was a year of historic challenge and transformation in politics, public health, social justice, grassroots activism, the arts. Across the board, African American women drove change, exerted leadership, and set the bar for distinguished service and achievement. We know their names. We honor their contributions.
