Quintrel Lenore also known as "Q" is the owner of Lenore Coaching LLC and professional with 15 years of experience in Higher Ed, State Government, and Nonprofit. At Lenore Coaching Q partners with organizations such as the Boys & Girls Club, School Districts, & Government Agencies to provide Career Readiness & Workforce Development programming for youth and early adults ages 12 - 24. His Momentum: Career & Workforce Development program has served over 500 youth in the greater Richmond area including many who live in underserved communities. Quintrel is a published author through his books Purpose Driven Work and Purpose Driven Coaching focused on helping others to align purpose with the work they do, as well as helping educators, leaders, and workforce development professionals to excel in their roles. Q's personal mission is "To help people align & maximize their calling with their purpose."
