Eric Valentine

Eric Valentine is a Senior Director of Workforce Development Austin Area Urban League, who has dedicated his career to helping others. With over 15 years of experience as a Parole Officer/State Auditor with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Eric has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those in the criminal justice system.
Eric is also a proud veteran who served for 10 years in the United States Army as a Combat Medic. He is a graduate of Huston-Tillotson University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., having been initiated in the spring of 1988. Eric is one of the founders of the new charter chapter Omicron Nu Nu in Round Rock, Texas.
When he is not working, Eric enjoys staying active by playing basketball and volleyball as a referee. He is also an expert BBQ master and loves to spend time hunting and fishing. Eric's commitment to service and community makes him a valuable asset to any organization he is a part of.
