Principal Owner, Transformative Training and Technical Assistance, LLC
Brian Sales is the principal owner of Transformative Training and Technical Assistance, LLC, a consulting company that works with nonprofits in a variety of spaces: youth development, youth mentoring, and nonprofit capacity building. Brian has been working for over 30 years in various industries (higher education, consulting, and youth mentoring), including the last 21 years in the youth mentoring space working on national projects providing training and technical assistance for the OJJDP-National Mentoring Resource Center; HHS-Mentoring Children of Incarcerated Parents, DOD-National Guard Youth Challenge program and worked with all of the major youth organizations in America including National 4-H, Boys and Girls Club of America and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America. He is currently a doctoral candidate in the School of Social Work at Morgan State where his research will focus on racial socialization messages of Black male mentors working with Black male mentees.
