Renee Hall

Renée Hall is a nationally respected law enforcement executive and Founder & CEO of TUU Enterprises, LLC, where she advises agencies on modern policing strategies, policy reform, and community engagement. She currently serves as President of the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) and Executive Director of the Community Solidarity and Safety Coalition, partnering with leaders to address public safety challenges and emerging threats. Hall previously made history as the first woman Chief of the Dallas Police Department, leading 4,000 personnel through a period marked by reform, transparency, and crisis response during COVID-19 and nationwide protests. Prior to Dallas, she spent over two decades with the Detroit Police Department, rising to Deputy Chief. A Harvard Advanced Leadership Initiative Fellow, she has also led cross-sector efforts focused on economic equity, public safety innovation, and community impact.
