Ashley Thomas III is a Housing Policy and Wealth Equity strategist, advocate, and entrepreneur with more than twenty-five years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. He is the CEO and Founder of LA Top Broker, a multi-state mortgage brokerage, and the Managing Broker of First Security Investment Co., Inc. (FSICO), one of the oldest Black-owned property management firms in the nation.
Throughout his career, Ashley has remained committed to strengthening communities through real estate, fair housing advocacy, and financial education. His leadership and service have earned him numerous local, state, and national awards recognizing his dedication to advancing housing equity and expanding pathways to homeownership.
As President of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), Ashley advances a national framework centered on core drivers: Advocacy, Affordability, and Access.
