Ingredients
Crabby Dip:
1 lb lump crab meat
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Old Bay
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp paprika
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1–2 tsp Signature Monz Crabby Dips Seafood Seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
Stuffed Biscuits:
- 1 can jumbo flaky biscuits
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: extra shredded cheddar & fresh parsley for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar, Old Bay, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and Signature Monz Crabby Dips Seasoning.
- Gently fold in the lump crab meat and parsley, being careful not to break up the crab too much.
- Open the can of biscuits and gently flatten each one with your hand.
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of crabby dip to the center of each biscuit.
- Fold and pinch the edges to seal, forming stuffed biscuit balls.
- Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 14–17 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish with extra cheddar and parsley, if desired.
