These investments are essential to closing the racial wealth gap, fostering innovation, and ensuring participation in the growing clean energy economy. This session will explore strategies to increase representation in energy careers, the role of clean energy in building generational wealth, and the impact of partnerships with organizations like the National Urban League in driving economic growth.
