Jenna Gladfelter
Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships, LiveOn NY
Jenna is the Director of Community Engagement & Partnerships at LiveOn NY, with over a decade of experience in the human services sector. She joined the LiveOn NY team in 2016 as the Director of the New York Senior Medicare Patrol Program, and after two years, joined the policy team on which she served as a Public Policy Associate. In May of 2020, Jenna moved into her current role, overseeing LiveOn’s member relations, engagement, events, and various programming. Prior to her time at LiveOn NY, Jenna worked for three years with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at Target Community & Educational Services in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Jenna earned her Master’s in Humans Services Management from McDaniel College, and earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology: Counseling & Human Development from Liberty University.
