Vice President, Regional Affiliate Operations, Field Audit
As the Vice President, Regional Affiliate Operations, National Urban League, Wayne is responsible for developing systems to facilitate the strengthening/monitoring of the overall affiliate network. Starting with ensuring that each affiliate has proper financial reporting systems, and are at least preparing financial reports timely, Wayne is also responsible for promoting best practices in governance, fundraising, and program implementation at the affiliates, and facilitates trainings for continued development of the movement’s Chief Financial Officers. Wayne is a Certified Public Accountant, a graduate of Lincoln University, Pennsylvania, and has over thirty (30) years of Not-for-Profit accounting experience. He is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.
