Kent Mills

Manager, Entrepreneurship and Business Development
Kent Mills is the Manager of Entrepreneurship and Business Development for the National Urban League. He assists with the general oversight and support to 13 affiliates that operate Entrepreneurship Centers (ECs) across the country. The Entrepreneurship Center Program – a Signature Program of the National Urban League (NUL) – provides management counseling, mentoring and training services geared toward the development of management skills enabling primarily minority entrepreneurs to obtain financing and/or contracts that support job and wealth creation.  Prior to NUL, Kent worked in Financial Services for 11 years auditing and reviewing over $500,000 of reverse mortgages per month. Kent has a deep commitment to community service. He is an ordained Deacon at Memorial Presbyterian Church of Roosevelt, NY and a volunteer for the New York Urban League. He is a graduate of LIU Post with a degree in History and lives in Long Island.
