Shalondan Hollingshed currently serves as the Young Professional President for the National Urban League. Focusing on civil rights and economic empowerment, she helps develop and empower young professional leaders across the country through national advocacy, service and education initiatives. With over 10 years of non-profit leadership experience in healthcare, Shalondan is skilled and thorough in building strategic partnerships, developing creative business solutions, and elevating social justice and equity initiatives. She has advanced training, education, and research focused on organizational management, and program development. She currently serves as the Corporate Director at Emory Healthcare and has a strong commitment to vision and impact. Her passion for learning and service led her to obtain a master’s degree in Public Administration and an M.B.A in Organizational Management. She strongly believes each of us has God given talents that can change the world, and she enjoys creating spaces for others to use their gifts.
