Kristin Braye
Kristin Braye is the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at BSE Global, the parent company of the NBA Brooklyn Nets, WNBA NY Liberty, Long Island Nets, and NetsGc. In this role, Kristin manages the internal and external D&I programs, strategies, and events for BSE. Additionally, she supports the Chief Diversity Officer in managing the programming for the United Games platform. The United Games are a part of the Nets Unite platform, which aspires to build unity across Brooklyn and foster equity by amplifying the rich traditions of the community. Previously, she served as the Diversity Recruitment Strategies & Events Interim Manager at the National Urban League where she focused on developing recruitment strategies and career development opportunities for diverse candidates looking for employment. Born and raised in Texas, she has worked in Human Resources and Talent Management for 5+ years and is a professional member of the New York Urban League Young Professionals, and is a fellow of the 2021 Council of Urban Professionals.
She is a proud alumnus of the University of Texas at Austin. During her time at U.T., she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Sciences and was a Texas Interdisciplinary Scholar. She currently resides in Brooklyn where she enjoys long-distance running for New York Road Runners and taking photos as a freelance photographer.
