Kevin Ly

Kevin Ly is the Director of Special Populations for the Workforce Development (WFD) Division at the National Urban League. In this capacity, Mr. Ly serves as a project lead and subject matter expert working with justice-involved youth, reentry adult, and the long-term unemployed individuals. He oversees a portfolio of job training & employment programs that include the Urban Reentry Jobs Programs and the Urban Apprenticeship Jobs Program.
Prior to joining the National Urban League in 2012, Kevin previously worked for MetLife, GfK Custom Research North America, and The Travelers Insurance Company. Kevin has a M.S. in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from The New School and a B.S. in Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a local Community Board member in Forest Hills, Queens, NY, where he lives with his wife and two sons.
