The 2020 Census Black Roundtable is co-convened by National Urban League President and CEO Marc H. Morial and The National Coalition on Black Civic Participation President and CEO and Convener of the Black Women’s Roundtable Intergenerational Public Policy Network Melanie L Campbell.  These civil rights leaders established the 2020 Census Black Roundtable to organize and strategize with Black-led and Black-serving institutions at the national level. The 2020 Census Black Roundtable provides space and resources for leaders to get ahead of the many obstacles that threaten an accurate count of Black people. Some 2020 Census challenges include: closing the digital divide for rural and poor Black communities and ensuring an accurate count of young Black children, Black men, and returning citizens in this decennial Census.  2020 Census Black Roundtable members include:
