Head of Wealth Advancing Black Pathways JPMorgan Chase
Tosh Ernest Is Head of Wealth for Advancing Black Pathways, a JPMorgan Chase initiative designed to have a sustainable impact on the economic success and empowerment of black communities. Prior to this role, Ernest served as an Executive Director in the Asset & Wealth Management line of business of the firm, in 2018 launching the Private Bank’s first proprietary mutual fund company and four funds, forming the Six Circle Funds Trust. She has led large change and transformation initiatives for the Private Bank and Investment Bank since joining in 2011. Prior to JPMorgan, Ernest worked in post mergers and acquisitions management consulting at Accenture, Capco and Navigant Financial Services Consulting firms. Outside of work Tosh co-founded ‘IMPACT NYC’, a non-profit volunteering service that matches members’ professional resumes to charities looking to hire the same skills pro-bono. Tosh also volunteers her time with ‘City Hope’ and ‘The Father’s Heart’; both NYC charities that provide food and shelter to low income households and the homeless population. Tosh graduated from the University of Reading, England with a first class honors degree, Bachelor of Arts, in Accounting and Management; is a certified AGILE Scrum Master, Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP professional, and holds a FINRA Series 99.
