Career Week 2026 is a five-day virtual experience designed to help job seekers and professionals take their next step. Throughout the week, attendees will connect with employers, gain practical career strategies through expert-led webinars, and access tools that support career growth across industries.

WEEK AT A GLANCE

Monday – Virtual Pre-Fair (5–7 PM ET) 

Kick off Career Week by getting career-ready. Participants will sharpen their interview skills, strengthen their personal brand, explore internship strategies, and learn how to navigate the virtual platform with confidence—setting themselves up for success on Career Fair Day. 

Tuesday – Virtual Career Fair (12–4 PM ET) 

The centerpiece of Career Week, where job seekers can connect directly with employers offering remote, hybrid, and in-person opportunities. Attendees will also benefit from a live professional development session with a notable figure, adding inspiration and insight alongside real-time networking and job exploration. 

Wednesday – Digital Career Success Series (DCSS) (12–1 PM ET) 

The National Urban League’s nationally recognized signature webinar series draws thousands each year and is designed to help participants build practical, career-advancing skills. Attendees will leave with actionable insights and be guided back to open roles they can explore and apply for after the live session. 

Thursday – Finding Work During Turbulent Times (Time TBA) 

This day will feature two to three panel discussions focused on the evolving workplace, in-demand skills, and navigating layoffs. Sessions are designed to support early- and mid-career professionals, as well as individuals experiencing job loss, while guiding attendees back to open roles they can explore from the career fair. 

Friday – AI & Me: Amplifying Your Job Search (Time TBA) 

Career Week will conclude with two to three webinars focused on using AI to job search faster and smarter. Participants will learn practical tools and strategies while being guided back to open roles they can explore from the career fair. 


After the event, all attendees receive 30 days of platform access, including: 

  • The Resource Library (featuring tools like NUL’s Virtual Financial Empowerment Center, top DCSS episodes, a salary calculator, and more) 

  • Access to employer booths and any resources listed within 

  • Job postings and organizational spotlights 

  • Recordings of each professional development webinar aired during Career Week
