Xavier Peoples

Xavier Peoples is a dynamic multifaceted business professional that is making his stamp on the world by using his skills to educate and advocate for underserved people and institutions. He is no stranger to the world of banking and finance. He began his career at an early age and is still progressively working towards being an example of resilience and possibility for his community.

As a Private Wealth Advisor at Capital Group Private Client Services, Xavier works directly with high-net-worth individuals and families to create customized plans for protecting and growing their wealth, often across multiple generations. Additionally, he helps nonprofit foundations and endowments to realize their long-term financial objectives through effective planning and investment management.

Prior to joining Capital Group, Xavier served as a private client associate at US Trust, where he was responsible for building and managing wealth advisory relationships with high net worth clients. Prior to that, he was a regional finance manager for Zurich North America, a senior business credit analyst for Union Bank, a financial planner for Wells Fargo and Financial Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.

With over 10 years of banking, finance and entrepreneurial experience, Xavier proceeds to be an active force within his community. A man of service that enjoys volunteering, educating, and working with the youth. He is infectiously committed to affecting positive change through financial literacy, wealth building, political engagement and advocacy within the African American community. He has sat on several boards, most notably, Citizens Trust Bank Advisory Board, The Atlanta Police Foundation Young Guns Board, New Leaders Council San Francisco, and Influencers Coalition just to name a few.

He continues to exceed as a businessman and philanthropist and although very meek about his accomplishments, has been recognized by Black Enterprise 100 Modern Man and Atlanta Voice 50 Under 50. Today he is the founder of HBCU Change focused on raising $1 billion dollars for HBCUs over 5 years.
