Chuck Seaca

Director of Leadership Programs, Alaska Humanities Forum

Chuck Seaca is the Director of Leadership Programs at the Alaska Humanities Forum. He grew up in Bethel, Alaska - a remote community along the Kuskokwim River. After getting a degree in Public Policy and Sociology from Pomona College in California, he moved home to Bethel to work as a College and Career Guide and served as a City Councilman. His engagement with leadership coaching and teaching started during his time at the Harvard Kennedy School - where he studied and worked as the Head Teaching Fellow for Marshall Ganz’ Public Narrative as a Leadership Practice course, a Teaching Fellow for the world-famous Adaptive Leadership course, and a Course Instructor for the Innovation Field Lab. He found a passion for connecting with others to learn about the varied ways to impact the world. After earning a Masters in Public Policy with a Concentration in Leadership Sciences, he moved to Anchorage and loves being back in Alaska.
