Oseremi Adekoye
Oseremi serves as Vice President of Lending for the Urban Empowerment Fund where he oversees all facets of UEF’s lending operations which includes credit and risk management, business development and product design. Oseremi has spent his entire career in the CDFI industry, most recently serving as Assistant Director at National Development Council (NDC). At NDC, he managed a national comprehensive minority lending and community development initiative that included programs such as the NY Forward, SOAR and FLEX funds.
Prior to joining NDC, Oseremi was an integral part of the lending and originating team at Savoy Bank, where he assisted with the creation of the Bank’s small business lending program. Oseremi began his career in commercial lending and economic development as a Credit Analyst for one of New York’s largest SBA Lender.
Oseremi was born in Lagos, Nigeria and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He holds an undergraduate degree in Finance from St John’s University.
