Jennifer is the Assistant Director of Youth at Urban League of Philadelphia and Director of Programs at TriZen, LLC- A Leadership Development and Management Consulting Company. Jennifer’s areas of focus are Youth Program Design, Curriculum Development, Partnership Relations, Marketing and Brand Development. She incorporates her great passion for youth, equity and inclusion with her background of international program design and partner relations. In addition, Jennifer brings her background of college admission coaching for underserved minority students, to inform college and career youth programs and curriculum.

Relevant Project Experience:

  • Currently, managing Youth Program contracts for Aramark Corporation, Lincoln Financial, Wawa, Renaissance Learning Systems, National Urban League, and Urban League of Philadelphia.
  • Currently, managing youth programming in 15 School District of Philadelphia high schools.
  • Managed partnerships between corporations such as; Comcast, Philadelphia Phillies, Wawa, iHeart Radio, SEPTA, Independence Blue Cross, AmeriHealth Caritas, etc. and School District of Philadelphia high schools.
  • Managed 1.2 million dollars youth program budget over several years.
  • Reimaged youth program branding and digital presence
  • Facilitated Workforce Development Training with Philadelphia based for-profits and non-profits.
  • Facilitated Advisory Board Trainings with Philadelphia non-profits
  • As the Program Director, Philadelphia Freedom Valley YMCA developed signature youth development curriculum and shattered program growth increasing 600 students to 1600 students in 4 years.
  • Chairman of the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Phi Beta Omega Chapter College Scholarship Fund and R.O.S.E Foundation Board Member
