As a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE), certified Parenting Coordinator (PC), Ordained Marriage Officiant and Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Facilitator, Spirit’s quick-witted approach and practical advice makes her an instant favorite among audience members and production teams alike. Spirit holds a B.S. in Psychology, a M.A. in Professional Counseling, an MPhil and a PhD in
Psychology with a specialization in Research Methods and Evaluation.
Spirit is the Owner and Clinical Director of the group practice T2S Enterprises, LLC based in Atlanta, GA. She works with couples, men and women, adolescents, youth and families as a therapist, researcher, motivational speaker, and workshop facilitator. Spirit’s specialties include: healing generational trauma, parenting and family issues, relationship intimacy, and educating the public on mental health and wellness in a way that is informative, engaging and easy to understand.
In addition to her daily work with clients, Spirit currently serves as the Therapist for OWN’s new unscripted series “Love Goals,” and has most recently been featured on shows including, “Dr. Phil,” “Steve,” “TI & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle,” “Divorce Court,” “Sister Circle Live".
