The National Urban League is one of the nation’s largest providers of workforce development for communities of color. The Biden-Harris administration has also prioritized workforce development in its “build back better” plan. This shared priority lays the groundwork for the nation’s return to employment, a growth economy, and a stable democracy – but the key to everything is equity and jobs that provide a living wage to support America’s families.
