A proud native of Memphis, Tennessee, Ashlee Hafford’s personal mission (Project HOPE) is to motivate and empower others to successfully position themselves for a life of Hope, Peace, & Purpose.

Her passion for helping others is reflected through her commitment to service as a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., a  local volunteer and ambassador for the Annual Emory Cares Day of Service, her current role as President of Memphis Urban League Young Professionals, as well as through her 10+ years as a dedicated and widely-skilled healthcare professional. Over the years her career has spanned roles ranging from multi-facility management, EPIC Electronic Health Record computer programmer, to her current role as the Senior Finance Manager at one of the largest healthcare systems in Memphis.

Her commitment to excellence and passion for learning has been demonstrated through her continued educational pursuits. Ashlee is a graduate of Emory University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, with a concentration in Health Economics. For graduate school, she attended Christian Brothers University, where she received a Master’s of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in Project Management.

When she’s not working, studying or serving the community, Ashlee enjoys spending time with family, traveling, writing poetry, cooking, and going on walks alongside the Mississippi River with her Shih Tzu Suga.
