Mrs. Humphrey is a Bank On Master Financial Trainer and Financial Coach for the City of Virginia Beach, VA and loves working with the Financial Empowerment Team and the community, also a Licensed Insurance Agent , Division Leader with Five Rings Financial. She hosts a weekly radio show on Building Financial Wealth on blogtalk radio.
Francine is the former President of the Urban League of Hampton Roads Guild and currently serves as the National Council of Urban League Guilds Advocacy Chair. Mrs. Allen-Humphrey is married to Aaron, they have four children and reside in Virginia Beach, VA.
