Andrea Kellman of Andrea Kelli Brands, LLC (www.AndreaKelli.com) is the author of Press the Shift Key: The AI Integration Workbook, in which she encourages organizations and individuals to create the cultural shift of mindset required to enable the adoption of artificial intelligence and the foresight for continued growth using the fastest-growing technology in the world. As a doctoral student in the University at Buffalo’s Learning and Teaching in Social Contexts program, she is pursuing her research interest in AI’s perceived effectiveness in the education sector. It has been made clear that her research will be groundbreaking, as her work centers perspectives and mounting concerns about artificial intelligence with K-12 stakeholders. The basis of her inquiry takes place in the United States when, to date, most research on AI, in the education sector, has been completed in Europe and Asia. Her Masters degree in Secondary English Education from the State University of New York at Albany led her to an education career of over twenty years in New York State, and many of those years are being spent as an instructor of the Long Island University High School Scholars program on Long Island, New York. Twice-tenured, Andrea has been doing much to persistently pursue excellence and success for all students. Andrea Kellman holds a permanent New York State certification in Secondary English, is certified in New York State school district administration through The College of St. Rose, and holds an executive certification from the Bank of America Institute for Women's Entrepreneurship at Cornell where she began to develop her enterprise as an Artificial Intelligence Consultant.
