Consultant and Founding CEO of Living Cities: The National Community Development Initiative
As a consultant and founding CEO of Living Cities: The National Community Development Initiative, Reese Fayde has worked with foundations, lenders, public administrators, residents, and community-based organizations to rebuild, revitalize, and manage affordable housing complexes in urban neighborhoods. During her tenure, this effort capitalized a $130 million rolling investment fund that leveraged over $15 billion in private capital into distressed urban neighborhoods in 23 cities across the U.S.
Operating her consulting firm, Reese Fayde & Associates, for more than 40 years, clients have included HUD and local housing authorities, major foundations, investor consortiums, city and state governments, nonprofits and businesses. Her real estate experience includes development, management and workouts of affordable housing projects, as well as purchase, renovation and resale of small rental properties. She actively draws from her many years of service and leadership as she today provides Executive Coaching to CEOs, C-Suite members and Boards of Directors. She has a digital marketing business and is building a virtual resource center for Baby Boomers who are looking at their options for aging-in-place and want to do it with a little style. Reese is a graduate of Clark University and Boston College, and was a Loeb Fellow at Harvard University Graduate School of Design.
