Vice President of Program Impact, Urban League of Broward County
Mark A. Reyes, MBA, has worked for the Urban League of Broward County for nearly nine years and currently serves as the Vice President of Program Impact. As Vice President, Mark is responsible for over 15 programs in the Urban League's Education, Jobs, Justice, Housing and Health pillars. Although born near Miami, FL, Mark calls Tampa home. After obtaining his undergraduate degree in American Studies, with a focus on Ethnicity, Race and Migration, from Yale University, he moved to New York City to begin his career in nonprofit management and leadership. After eight years in the nonprofit sector working in education, housing and public health, Mark went back to Yale University to get an MBA with a focus on Nonprofit Management. Over the course of his over 20-year career, he has assumed front line and leadership roles in development, administration and program management with the goal of having a well-rounded portfolio of experience.
Mark is a graduate of Leadership Broward Class of 38 and is a Board Member of the Our Fund Foundation, South Florida's LGBT Community Foundation. In his free time, Mark enjoys playing tennis and flag football and is the proud dad to a 9 year old cat named Jax.
