Brandon Caldwell is the Business Support Manager in Neighborhood and Community Lending. He supports initiatives focused on affordable housing and homeownership in partnership across the enterprise. He is focused on advancing Bank of America’s Community Homeownership Commitment® which is bringing together products and resources that can help modest-income borrowers buy homes of their own.
Brandon began his career at the bank in 2005 with a focus on Consumer Credit lending strategy & products. He obtained his lending authority certification to help customers make important educated financial decisions. Brandon moved to Neighborhood and Community Lending in 2019. He is focused on helping drive education and empowerment to make homeownership a reality by working with internal and external stakeholders.
Brandon majored in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Marketing Management at Goldey-Beacom College in Delaware.
Brandon recently moved from Charleston, South Carolina to Southeastern Pennsylvania this past July. In his free time, he volunteers at the local humane society and enjoys riding his motorcycle as much as the weather allows on weekends.
