Shalondan Hollingshed
Shalondan Hollingshed currently serves as the Young Professional President for the National Urban League, which is one of the oldest and largest civil rights organizations in the country. Focusing on civil rights and economic empowerment, she develops and empowers young professional leaders across the country through advocacy, service and education initiatives. With over 10 years of non-profit leadership experience, Shalondan is skilled and thorough in analytical problem solving, building strategic partnerships, developing creative business solutions, and elevating social justice and equity initiatives. She has advanced training, education, and research focused on organizational management, and program development. As a young professional, she is highly effective in developing young leaders with a strong commitment to vision and impact. Shalondan’s passion for learning and service led her to obtain a master’s degree in Public Administration and an M.B.A in Organizational Management. She strongly believes each of us have God given talents that can change the world and she enjoys creating spaces for others to use their gifts.
