New York Urban League College and Career Fair 2021

The New York Urban League (New York, NY), in partnership with the NYUL – Young Professionals, and Riverbank State Park will host their Annual College & Career Fair on Saturday, November 13th, 2021. The fair will be held at Riverbank State Park at 679 Riverside Drive at 145th Street, from 11:00am-3:00pm.
This year’s fair will offer students access to HBCU, as well as local CUNY/SUNY admissions representatives, alumni, and staff, along with college and scholarship resources from partner organizations. Notable HBCU schools participating include Lincoln, Hampton, Morehouse, Clark Atlanta, South Carolina State, Xavier, and Delaware State. We will also have representatives from SUNY and CUNY.
We are also pleased that a few of NYUL’s corporate partners will be joining the Fair. They are hiring! We encourage job seeks to also join us. Individuals interested in careers in sports, health care, retail and energy are encouraged to attend. We will have recruiters and staff from Fidelis Care, AvalonBay Communities, Audacy, Salesforce, Yankees and National Grid.
For qualified seniors, several schools will offer on-site admissions, fee waivers, and scholarships. Over 34 years our fair has provided over: 1462 students with admission on-site, 2,315 fees waivers and over $1.1 million dollars awarded in scholarships. These perks allow students the opportunity to gain early admissions to many highly competitive institutions for Fall 2022. Students should submit copies of their transcripts and SAT/ACT scores upon registration to access these opportunities.
All Seniors and recent graduates are required to pre-register for the best access to schools, workshops, and all aspects of the fair. Please visit NYUL College & Career Fair 2021 (www.nyul.org) to pre-register students and to find out more information about the fair. Each student must register individually.
The fair will conclude with an authentic HBCU Experience (hosted by the New York Urban League Young Professionals) which will include a panel composed of current students and recent alumni discussing their college experience. We will also host entertainment by a Spoken Word Artist, Tap dancer and Divine Nine unity stroll.
The event will follow City and State law and all attendees must preregister and show proof of vaccination.
