As the Founder/Principal of Butler Consulting Group (BCG), her dedication shines through her consultative work with organizations including the Florida Domestic Violence Collaborative, Alliance for Safety and Justice/Crime Survivors for Safety and Justice, Pinellas County Urban League, Avena Health, Florida International Leadership Co, 6th Judicial Court, St. Petersburg / Pinellas Higher Education for Race Equity Consortium, and more.
