Yvette Badu-Nimako is the Senior Director for Judiciary, Civil Rights and Social Justice for the National Urban League, where she focuses on federal judicial nominations, civil rights, criminal justice reform, and constitutional issues on behalf of the organization. Most recently, she served as the Head of U.S. Government Relations for Match Group, an international tech company. She has also served as Senior Counsel on the House Committee on Oversight and Reform and Legislative Director for the late Congressman and Oversight Committee Chair Elijah E. Cummings, as Counsel & Congressional Liaison for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, as a political appointee in the Obama Administration at the U.S. Department of Justice, and as Counsel for Congressman Hakeem Jeffries.
