Robyn Brady Ince

Robyn Brady Ince, Ed.M. is Vice President for Education Policy & Advocacy, at the National Urban League. She leads the Equity and Excellence Project, a national initiative focused on improving education policy, access, and equity, and the annual Youth Leadership Summit.
Robyn has extensive experience in strategic program design, development and implementation, youth leadership development, philanthropy, college access, higher education, and diversity recruiting. She contributes to her community through service on Boards of Directors, educational advisory boards, and the PTA and parent committees at each of her son’s schools.
Robyn served on CCSSO’s 2018 National Teacher of the Year Selection Committee and was a Peer Reviewer for Advancing Educational Equity for Underserved Youth: How New State Accountability Systems Can Support School Inclusion and Student Success, by Drs. Jessica Cardichon and Linda Darling Hammond, of The Learning Policy Institute.
Robyn has a B.A. from Spelman College, and an Ed.M., from Harvard University.
