As a Managing Director in North America, Kevin works closely with a team of skilled project directors and managers to design and deliver strategic learning and development initiatives for a diverse portfolio of global clients. He and his team assist clients with strategic business challenges related to global growth, digital transformation, leadership, cultural change and strategy execution. Passionate about leadership growth, emotional intelligence and resilience, Kevin works closely with project teams to quickly decipher clients’ challenges and then deploy solutions that over-deliver on promises.
With more than 25 years of experience in executive education and learning and development, Kevin has cultivated relationships across the Global 1000 and has consulted with and designed and delivered strategic programs across many industries, including financial services, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, industrials, defense, consumer products and the energy sector. Kevin’s previous roles were with the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education, the Strategic Management Group and PCG. He was also an adjunct faculty member for Drexel and a moderator for Harvard Business Publishing.
As an executive coach, Kevin has effectively guided executives through the maze of power and politics that can be barriers to career development and strategy execution. He is certified in leadership techniques and instruments like the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, the Center for Creative Leadership’s Benchmarks 360 Assessment Suite, the Change Style Indicator and DISC.
He has also spoken and taken part in executive and professional development activities for IBM, AMD, CITI, Nielsen, EMC, Panasonic, HP, Xerox, GE, PNC PDD, NBMBAA, NABA, NSBE, the OD Network, National SHRM conference, Tri-State SHRM and SHRM Diversity and Inclusion.
