The “National Urban League” Equal Opportunity Dinner Trivia Game Official Rules

NO DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. How to Enter.  Sign up during the Virtual Pre-Show of the Equal Opportunity Dinner Trivia Period (defined below):

i.     A valid entry requires you to sign up and complete your entry via email during the Trivia Period using the form at the following link: https://situationinteractive.formstack.com/forms/eod65 or by agreeing to opt-in via text messaging service.  You will need to provided your name, email zip code and country, as well as agree to the terms and conditions during the Trivia Period to be eligible to enter. You must have a valid email address to enter via this method.  At any time you may unsubscribe or opt-out from receiving messages if you decide not to participate in the trivia game.
ii.    To play the Trivia Game, you must answer three (3) trivia questions within the Trivia Period.

2. Trivia Entry Start/End Dates.  Trivia begins at 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on October 21, 2021 and ends at approximately 6:45 PM EST on October 21, 2021 (“Trivia Period”).

3. Random Drawing/Odds. Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received on or about October 21, 2021.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing.  The drawing will be conducted by Situation Marketing, LLC.  By entering the Trivia, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Trivia.

4. Prize(s) Prize(s) is/are non-transferable.  No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the National Urban League, who reserves the right to substitute the specified prizes with alternatives of similar value in the event that the specified prizes are not available.
It could take up to 30 days for prizes to be delivered.  

5.  Use of Data.  Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy.  Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://nul.org/privacy-policy.  By participating in the Trivia, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
