Rhonda Spears Bell
Rhonda Spears Bell is a proven communication and marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience in strategic planning, media relations, brand marketing, television and radio production, government relations, and special events.
Currently, she is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at the National Urban League in New York City. In this capacity, she is responsible for the strategic development and execution of all marketing and interactive strategies, media relations, major conferences, and events, as well as solidifying the Urban League’s brand identity nationwide.
Ms. Bell serves as the Executive Producer of the National Urban League’s Annual Conference, which is the largest civil rights conference in the country that brings together thousands of the nation's leading political, business and community leaders, and influencers to share ideas and discuss strategies to combat inequality and empower communities.
She has also led the creation, development, and execution of several award-winning marketing and multi-media campaigns. She is the Creative Director of the National Urban League’s annual “State of Black America” report, which is one of the most highly-anticipated benchmarks and sources for thought leadership around racial equality in America.
