Diversity In Digital Inclusion As A Pathway To Corporate Success

In October 2019, the New T-Mobile and the Multicultural Organizations entered into a Memorandum of Understanding in which they set forth their mutual goals and commitments. These goals and commitments included promoting more diverse and inclusive business practices, leadership, and workforce; a superior advanced 5G wireless network that is more accessible for low-to-moderate-income, minority, and rural communities; and community development and philanthropy program that is sustainable and impactful. In this session, we will speak with Marie Silla-Dixon, Vice President of Federal Government and External Affairs for T-Mobile USA, and the leaders of the six Multicultural Organizations on why diversity and inclusion in tech and innovation matters, and how their agreement will assist in this effort.
