Oneida Cary is an accomplished housing professional with more than 16 years of service to the Urban League. As Housing Director and a HUD-certified housing counselor, she provides housing education, counseling, and community-focused support that promote housing stability and financial empowerment.
Oneida leads initiatives that help individuals and families navigate homeownership, rental housing, and housing stability. Her commitment to client-centered service, informed decision-making, and community advancement has earned her numerous housing awards and recognition from colleagues, partners, and the people she serves.
At the 2026 National Urban League Conference, her CEO received the Best Housing Program award, recognizing the Urban League’s outstanding housing program and Oneida’s valuable contributions to its success.
