Dr. Loretta Caldwell Thompson

Dr. Loretta Caldwell-Thompson, Ed.D. chairs the Leadership Development & Training Committee of the National Council of Urban League Guilds. Known as "Dr. T," she builds practical, volunteer-led training for Guild members nationwide, including "From Crisis to Catalyst" and the AI Advocacy Lab. She is President and CEO of Caldwell Management Solutions, Inc., a John Maxwell Certified Coach and Speaker, and a NAMI-certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer. She holds an Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern University.
