Dejah Morgan
Youth Engagement Coordinator, UL of Greater Hartford
Dejah Morgan has more than eight years of experience at the Urban League of Greater Hartford, where she champions youth mentorship, advocacy, and leadership development. Passionate about helping young people recognize their potential, build confidence, and envision a brighter future, Dejah’s impact has earned national recognition, including the National Afterschool Association’s 2026 Next Generation Leader Award, the 2025 Eddie L. Moore Caring Adult Award, and Mentor of the Year at the National Urban League’s 2024 Whitney M. Young Conference.
Dejah has also contributed to Project Ready being named Affiliate of the Year in 2023 and serves as an adult mentor on the National Urban League Youth Council, building meaningful relationships and empowering young people to navigate challenges with confidence.
