Debbie Roman, MBA, ACNP, is a workforce development executive with more than 20 years of experience advancing workforce strategy, organizational growth and cross sector partnerships. She currently serves as NY Workforce Development Program Manager at National Grid, where she leads strategic partnerships and initiatives designed to strengthen talent pipeline and expand access to careers across New Yorks’s energy and infrastructure sector.
Prior to joining National Grid, Debbie held senior leadership role with Per Scholar, year Up, Girl Scouts of the USA, and Opportunities for Better Tomorrow, where she led large scale workforce and talent development initiatives, organizational growth, and community partnerships.
An MBA and Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional, Debbie combines non-for-profit leadership expertise with strong understanding of workforce systems, employer engagement, and community-based partnership. Her leadership is grounded in building sustainable collaborations that connect employers, workforce organizations, and communities to create pathways to economic opportunity.
